General Invest Ltd. Podgorica was founded in 2018. The company deals mainly in investment construction of residential and non-residential buildings.
From the very beginning, company capacities were focused on the construction of Porto Palace, a LUX category residential and business building in Tivat, located at UP 1-22 KO Tivat, within the Porto Montenegro complex.
Porto Palace was completed in late 2020.
In building this facility, General Invest wishes to set the high standards by which all of its future investments in construction will be recognized.
